23 Feb San Francisco California Advertising Photography | ACT Campaign
Worked on a campaign for ACT. Ogilvy out of Chicago hired us to execute the project. We were shooting a library for them, under semi tough conditions. It was a little tricky in that we were to piggy back on to a motion shoot that was happening for a TV commercial spot. Seems like it would be easier but it really wasn’t. We had very few minutes with any of the talent or the locations. I could not do my own lighting so we had to use whatever lighting the film crew set, normally this would be ok, but the framing that the director was using was very tight and the format I was to use was very wide panoramic’s, so we had to scramble and make it happen. We had 12-15 hour days 4 days in a row, driving and shooting all over in the area of San Francisco. I had a great crew and we pulled it off wonderfully, we got some really nice images. Here are few samples.
