11 Feb Woodstock New York Portrait | Tamatha Spiezio
Tamatha is, among other amazing things, an in demand photographer in the Kingston/Hudson Valley area. She works at making people look good and, like most photographers I know, does not really get in front of the lens all that often. Tamatha photographed me and my family a few months back and I have to say it was a little unnerving to be the subject, though she managed to make it fun. So I finally got to turn the tables on her, I wanted her to sit for me. I told her we were going to do a “dark portrait” and she was totally up for it. So after putzing around with my lights for a while I decided that the best thing to do would be to spray the poor woman down with water, my shoot was not as much fun for her. Tamatha was a great sport and didn’t complain even in the least bit, although I am sure she was wondering what the hell was I doing. Well anyway here are the pictures, hope you like them, and I bet you will not recognise her in these. I certainly have never seen pictures of her like this. Thanks Tamatha.
